- Set the Intention for Being a Non-Smoker! Get rid of all your cigarettes, ashtrays, matches and lighters. Then give your home and vehicle a really good cleaning to remove any lingering smell of smoke.
- Skip caffeine the day of your session and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at your appointment on time
- Make sure that you will have a listening device to use daily for several days of at home reinforcement of your hypnosis recording. A CD player, MP3 player, or even laptop that plays audios will work.
